We are devastated to advise that we have lost another long standing and popular member of the Club.
Derek Winder has sadly passed away following a short illness. Winky was an extremely popular member of the Club and spent many an hour helping to prepare the ground for junior and senior games.
Everyone at the Club would like to send their condolences, love and best wishes to Derek’s family and friends at such a sad time.
For those wanting to pay their respects to Derek, his funeral is taking place on Monday 18th December, 13:20 at Skipton Crematorium.
The coffin will be passing The Applegarth on route, time to be confirmed, and the details of the wake have also yet to be confirmed so we’ll advise when we know.
